We keep this simple, because we collect as little as possible. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics of any kind. The fonts are hosted with the site itself, so your visit is never passed to a third-party network. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records the technically necessary server logs (such as an IP address and a timestamp) that any web server needs in order to serve a page. If you fill in the RSVP form, the details you give us (your name, email, whether you're coming, how many of you there are, any menu preference and your message) are stored on our own RSVP server at Cloudflare, in a database located in Western Europe, and used for one purpose only: organising our wedding. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through Brevo, a European provider. A weekly backup copy is encrypted (AES-256) before it is stored with Backblaze B2. Six months after the wedding, everything is deleted automatically. Technical operation and processing on our behalf: Red Snow Studio, Giulia Schubert, Düsseldorf (our processor); servers: Cloudflare (EU). You may ask us at any time what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it. Just send us a note and we'll take care of it.
